梯級式電纜橋架具有分量輕,構(gòu)造簡單,本錢低,強度大,造型別具,設備便當、散熱、透氣性好等優(yōu)點,運用小量化的銜接螺栓,它適用于普通直徑較大電纜的敷設,特別適用于高、高壓動力電纜的敷設。梯級式電纜橋架備有護罩,需求配護罩時可在訂購時注明,其一切配件與托盤式、槽式橋架通用。

1.橋架、線槽及其支吊架運用在有腐蝕性環(huán)境中,應選用耐腐蝕的剛性材料制造,或采用防腐蝕處置,防腐蝕處置方式應稱心工程環(huán)境和耐久性的要求。

5.在挑選電纜梯架的荷載等級時,橋架的作業(yè)均布荷載不該大于所選橋架荷載等級的額定均布荷載,假設橋架的支吊架的理論跨距不等于2m時,則作業(yè)均布荷載應稱心要求。

8.關(guān)于跨距大于6m的鋼制橋架和跨距大于2m或承載要求大于荷載等級D級的鋁合金橋架,應按工程條件停止強度、剛度及波動性的核算或?qū)嶒烌炞C。

9.幾組橋架在同一高度平行敷設時,各相鄰電纜橋架之間應思索維護、檢修距離。
