1、測量定位:
1. Measurement positioning:
用彈線法標(biāo)識橋架的安裝位置,確定好支架的固定位置,做好標(biāo)記。豎井內(nèi)橋架定位應(yīng)先用懸鋼絲法確定安裝基準(zhǔn)線,如預(yù)留洞不合適,應(yīng)及時調(diào)整,并做好修補(bǔ)。
Mark the installation position of the bridge using the snap line method, determine the fixed position of the bracket, and mark it properly. The positioning of the cable tray in the vertical shaft should first use the hanging wire method to determine the installation reference line. 我們依據(jù)施工圖設(shè)計標(biāo)高及橋架規(guī)格,進(jìn)行定位,然后依照測量尺寸制作支架,支架進(jìn)行工廠化生產(chǎn)。在無吊頂處沿梁底吊裝或靠墻支架安裝,在有吊頂處在吊頂內(nèi)吊裝或靠墻支架安裝。

a.對于特殊形狀橋架,將現(xiàn)場測量的尺寸交于材料供應(yīng)商,由供應(yīng)商依據(jù)尺寸制作,減少現(xiàn)場加工。橋架材質(zhì)、型號、厚度以及附件滿足設(shè)計要求。
a. For special shaped cable trays, the on-site measured dimensions will be handed over to the material supplier, who will manufacture them based on the dimensions to reduce on-site processing. The material, model, thickness, and accessories of the bridge meet the design requirements.
b.橋架安裝前,必須與各協(xié)調(diào),避免與大口徑消防管、噴淋管、冷熱水管、排水管及空調(diào)、排風(fēng)設(shè)備發(fā)生矛盾。

d.跨越建筑物變形縫的橋架應(yīng)按企業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《鋼制電纜橋架安裝工藝》做好伸縮縫處理,鋼制橋架直線段超過30m時,應(yīng)設(shè)熱脹冷縮補(bǔ)償裝置。
d. The bridge crossing the deformation joint of the building shall be treated with Expansion joint according to the enterprise standard Steel Cable Tray Installation Process. When the straight section of the steel bridge exceeds 30m, a Thermal expansion compensation device shall be set.
e.橋架安裝橫平豎直、整齊美觀、距離一致、連接牢固,同一水平面內(nèi)水平度偏差不超過5mm/m,直度偏差不超過5mm/m。
e. The bridge installation should be horizontal and vertical, neat and aesthetically pleasing, with consistent distance and firm connection. The horizontal deviation within the same horizontal plane should not exceed 5mm/m, and the straightness deviation should not exceed 5mm/m.
4、接地處理
4. Grounding treatment
電纜橋架的接地處理鍍鋅橋架之間可利用鍍鋅連接板作為跨接線,把橋架連成一體。在連接板兩端的兩只連接螺栓上加鍍鋅彈簧墊圈,橋架之間用不小于4mm2軟銅線進(jìn)行跨接,再將橋架與接地線相連,形成電氣通路。橋架整體與接地干線應(yīng)有不少于兩處的連接。
The grounding treatment of cable trays can be achieved by using galvanized connection plates as jumper wires between the galvanized trays, connecting them together. Add galvanized spring washers to the two connecting bolts at both ends of the connecting plate, and use a minimum of 4mm2 soft copper wire for bridging between the cable trays. Then, connect the cable tray to the grounding wire to form an electrical path. There should be no less than two connections between the overall bridge and the grounding main line.
